Educational Qualification

Madhyamik Pass (10th) from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent. Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali (excluding Hill Divisions).

Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

Written Exam is 85 marks (85 MCQs, 60 minutes). Marking Scheme: +1 mark for correct answer, -0.25 mark for incorrect answer.

Selection Process Stages

Written Exam (85 Marks) → Physical Measurement Test (PMT) → Physical Efficiency Test (PET) → Interview (15 Marks) → Final Merit List.

How to Download Answer Key

Visit the official WBPRB portal (prb.wb.gov.in) or wbpolice.gov.in. Navigate to the 'Recruitment' section, find the Constable recruitment notice (Advt. 2024), and click the link for the Provisional Answer Key and Response Sheet. The key is in PDF format.
