Original Class 10th (Matriculation) Mark Sheet & Certificate, Class 12th (Intermediate) Mark Sheet & Certificate (if applicable for Group E/K).

Identity & Domicile

Aadhaar Card, Domicile Certificate (Uttar Pradesh resident proof), Migration/Transfer Certificate (TC), Character Certificate.

Category Certificates

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Stage 1

Step 1: Counselling Registration

  • Online registration is mandatory for all qualified candidates using the Roll Number and Application Number
  • followed by payment of the Registration Fee.

Stage 2

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

Candidates select their preferred polytechnic institutions and branch codes based on their rank. Choices must be locked online by the deadline.

Stage 3

Step 3: Seat Allotment

  • The system generates the seat allotment based on JEE rank
  • candidate's reservation category
  • and college preferences. Candidates download the Provisional Allotment Letter.

Stage 4

Step 4: Document Verification (DV)

Candidates must physically report to a designated Nodal Center (Government Polytechnic) for verification of all original documents and certificates.

Stage 5

Step 5: Fee Submission & Final Admission

  • After successful DV
  • the candidate pays the security fee and tuition fee online to confirm the allotted seat and completes the final admission at the respective polytechnic institute.
