Mode of Selection
Stage I: CBT 1
Common preliminary Computer-Based Test (100 Marks, 90 minutes). Used for shortlisting 20 times the vacancy count for CBT-2.
Stage II: CBT 2
Computer-Based Test (120 Marks, 90 minutes). Marks are used for final merit.
Stage III: Skill/Aptitude Test
Typing Skill Test (for Typist posts) or Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT - for Station Master/Traffic Assistant posts).
Stage IV: Document Verification (DV) & Medical Exam
Final verification and mandatory medical fitness check.

Instruction (How To Apply Online Form)
Step 1: Create Account
Candidates must first 'Create an Account' on the RRB portal using valid details (which cannot be modified later). Select only ONE RRB zone.
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Log in and fill out the form carefully, including post preferences for Railway Zones/PUs within the chosen RRB.
Step 3: Typing Proficiency
For Typist posts, candidates must possess typing proficiency (English/Hindi) as required.
Step 4: Pay Fee and Refund Details
Pay the application fee. Ensure your bank account details are correctly entered in the login section for fee refund eligibility after appearing in CBT-I.
Step 5: Final Submission
Review the application and submit by the deadline (2025-11-20). A modification window is available later for correction (fee applicable).
