ELIGIBILITY (Educational, Skill, and Age)
Educational Qualification
Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized Board/Institution.
Skill and Computer Requirements
Mandatory possession of **CPCT** (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) score card with Hindi typing, **Shorthand** certificate (100 WPM for Subedar), and a relevant **Computer Diploma/Certificate** (e.g., DOEACC/COPA/Modern Office Management).

Mode of Selection
Stage 1: Written Examination
A written test covering General Knowledge, Technical Knowledge, Logical Ability, Mental Aptitude, Science, and Basic Arithmetic.
Stage 2: Physical Test (PET/PMT)
Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests (Running: 800m in 3 minutes 30 seconds for Male, 4 minutes 30 seconds for Female).
Stage 3: Skill Test
Mandatory Shorthand (Subedar) and Typing/CPCT tests (Both Posts).
Stage 4: Interview/Document Verification
Personal Interview (if applicable) and final Document Verification and Medical Examination.

New users must complete the one-time registration process to generate login credentials.
Step 3: Log In and Fill Form
Log in with registered credentials and fill in the application form with accurate personal, academic, and technical details (CPCT/Shorthand/Diploma).
Step 4: Upload Documents
Upload required documents, photograph, and signature in the prescribed format.
Step 5: Pay Fee
Pay the application fee online or via MP Online KIOSK by the deadline.
Step 6: Final Submit and Print
Review the form, submit, and keep a printout of the final confirmation page.
