DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION (UPLOAD)
Candidate/Parent Signature and Photograph
Scanned signature of the candidate, scanned signature of the parent/guardian, and recent passport-size photograph (JPG, 10KB-100KB).
Certificate Verified by Headmaster
A certificate verified and signed by the Headmaster of the Class 5 school, containing the candidate's details and photograph.
Residence and Aadhaar Proof
Aadhaar Card or a valid Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority.
APPLICATION & ADMISSION STEPS (JNVST)
Step 1: Registration
Register on the NVS portal (navodaya.gov.in) and upload the Headmaster-verified certificate and images.
Step 2: Fill CAF and Details
Fill the Common Application Form (CAF) with personal details, previous school information (Classes 3, 4, and 5), and residence proof.
Step 3: Appear in JNVST
Download the Admit Card and appear for the selection test on the scheduled date (Dec 13, 2025 or Apr 11, 2026).
Step 4: Result and Verification
Selected candidates are notified via the website/SMS. Parents must report to the allotted JNV with all original documents for verification to finalize the admission.
