Stage 1

Shortlisting of Applications

Applications will be shortlisted based on the normalised marks obtained in the qualifying degree. Preference will be given to candidates with higher marks as per branch-wise cut-off decided by the Indian Navy.

Stage 2

SSB Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview consisting of Stage I and Stage II tests conducted over 5 days at designated SSB centres.

Stage 3

Medical Examination

Candidates recommended by the SSB will undergo a detailed medical examination as per Indian Navy medical standards at authorised military hospitals.

Stage 4

Final Merit List

  • Final selection will be based on SSB marks
  • medical fitness
  • availability of vacancies
  • and branch-wise merit. No written examination is conducted for this recruitment.
