Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB is mandatory. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.

Mode of Selection
Stage I: Preliminary Examination
Online objective test (80 Marks, 45 minutes) covering Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability. Used for shortlisting for Mains.
Stage II: Main Examination
Online objective test (200 Marks, 2 hours) covering Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, and Numerical Ability. Marks obtained in the Mains exam only are considered for the final merit list.
Stage III: Document Verification & Provisional Allotment
Verification of documents followed by provisional allotment to a participating RRB.

Instruction (How To Apply Online Form)
Step 1: Visit IBPS Portal
Go to the official IBPS website (ibps.in) and click on the 'CRP RRBs' link.
Step 2: New Registration
Click on the link for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and complete the basic registration to generate provisional credentials.
Step 3: Fill Application Form & State Preference
Log in and fill the form. Select the state you are applying from. Ensure proficiency in the local language of the chosen state.
Step 4: Upload Documents
Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
Step 5: Pay Fee
Pay the application fee (Rs. 850/- or Rs. 175/-) online by the deadline.
Step 6: Review and Submit
Review the form carefully, noting the correction window (2025-10-06 to 2025-10-07) for errors. Submit and print the application form.
