ELIGIBILITY & AGE LIMIT

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board.

Sports Eligibility

Must have represented the Country/State in recognized International/National/University competitions within the last two years.

Age Limit (As on 2026-01-15)

Minimum 18 years; Maximum 23 years. Age relaxation as per Central Government rules (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years).

SALARY & BENEFITS

Pay Scale

Level-3 in the Pay Matrix (₹21,700 – ₹69,100) as per 7th CPC.

Other Allowances

Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, Washing Allowance, Free Medical Facilities, and LTC as admissible to BSF personnel.
