Form Completion

Document Upload
Upload your photograph, signature, and scanned copies of Aadhar, 10th marksheet, training certificates, and current joining letter.
Payment & Submit
Pay the ₹1,100 fee, preview the application, and submit. Take a printout for the DPO verification stage.
